This project involved work in (3) different State Office Buildings.

The Central Annex Building required the removal and replacement of a 1,000,000 BTU boiler and piping adjustments to make it fit.

James E Rudder Building required the change out of the existing steam generation system with a new HW generation system involving a new Plate & Frame heat exchanger, pumps, a new PRV station, and Miscellaneous piping.

Sam Houston State Office Building required the removal of an existing de-aerator and Surge tank, to be replaced with a new de-aerator & surge tank (this work occurred while steam to the plant had to be maintained – which involved the provision of a temporary de-aerator System). Additionally, an existing 1200 ton chiller was replaced with a nominal 1400 ton chiller, along with the replacement of 7 pumps.
